How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on your order total and location. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days. Expedited Shipping typically takes 2 business days to most U.S. locations.

Where do you ship to in the United States?
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories.

When is the latest I can order to receive my order for the holidays?
The holiday season is here, and we want to make sure your gifts arrive on time for all your celebrations! Please note that Standard Shipping typically takes 3-6 business days. Expedited Shipping typically takes 2 business days to most U.S. locations. To guarantee that your order arrives by December 25, 2024, please place your order via Standard Shipping by December 17th, 2024. If you select Expedited Shipping, please place your order by December 19th, 2024.

Do you ship internationally?
At the current time, we do not ship internationally. We plan to offer this in the near future.

Can I cancel an order I just placed?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within one hour of placing it. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund. You can initiate your returns by visiting our Returns Portal.

How do I begin the returns process?

Do I pay for the cost of shipping for my return?
For domestic orders, a prepaid label will be provided for return shipments.

How long does the returns process take?
For domestic return requests, pre-paid labels are sent automatically. All returns are processed within 7-10 business days of being received by our return teams.

What kind of payment methods do you currently accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure convenience for our customers. Currently, we accept Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
No, you cannot use more than one promo code at a time during checkout on our Shopify store. Our system only allows for a single promo code per order.

The time it takes to see results from our serum can vary based on several factors, including your skin type, the specific concerns you're addressing, and the ingredients in the serum. Generally, you may start to notice initial improvements within days to weeks. Keep in mind that individual results may vary, so it's important to be patient and continue using the serum as directed for the best outcomes.

How should I store the serum?
To store your serum properly, keep it in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat, as these can degrade its quality. A bathroom cabinet or drawer is often ideal. Make sure the bottle is tightly sealed when not in use to prevent air exposure, which can also compromise the serum's effectiveness. What is the expiry date of your products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of about six to twelve from the date of opening, depending on the specific formulation. For the best results, we recommend using the product before the expiry date and storing it according to the guidelines provided.

Can I use your products if I am on prescription medication or treatments from my dermatologist?

Can I combine Everlucid products with other brands?
